Most activities during Bluffton Fall Festival are FREE. If there is a charge associated with anything such as food, beverages, crafts, etc., there will be signs with cost information.
The first Bluffton Fall Festival took place in 2004 at Mennonite Memorial Home in Bluffton. Since then, it has grown into a community event that currently includes Mennonite Memorial Home, Maple Crest, Bluffton Hospital, Mercy Health-Bluffton Family Medicine, downtown activities, Bluffton Family Recreation and the Swiss Historical Society.
