The first Bluffton Fall Festival took place in 2004. Since then, it has grown into a community event that currently includes Maple Crest, Bluffton Hospital, NWO Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, downtown activities, Farmers Market, Cars & Coffee, and the Swiss Community Historical Society.
